Marsland Centre Limited was selected as the owner/developer for the first building in the David Johnston Research & Technology Park. This 110,000 square foot, three-storey building was designed and custom built for Sybase (now SAP) and features reflective glass, architectural precast, and natural lighting. The building’s construction was focused on efficiency and use of intelligent building technology, as well as on environmental best practices and future flexibility.

The site offers a high-ratio of parking, professional landscaping, and a connection to the park’s extensive trails network.
